Terms of Service
Before using WULU, please read your rights, the subscription rules, and the limits of use.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using WULU (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. When you get the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms supplement it.
2. The service
WULU is a local-first archive tool that helps you record, organize, and revisit your belongings. Your archive is stored on your device by default. The App also offers optional AI image recognition, reminders, statistics, full backup, and sharing; how data is handled for these is described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Free plan and WULU Pro
The free plan limits the number of archived items, the number of collections, and daily AI scans. WULU Pro raises or removes those limits and adds features such as iCloud full backup and brand-free sharing. The exact benefits, limits, and prices are those shown on the in-app purchase screen, and may change between versions.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
WULU Pro is available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Monthly and annual plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends at the price shown. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings after purchase, or open subscription management in WULU under Settings → Membership. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment and does not renew. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; please request them from the relevant store. You can restore purchases under Settings → Membership. If a free trial or offer is shown on the purchase screen, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown when the trial ends, and any unused trial time is forfeited on purchase.
5. Your content and backups
You keep all rights to the content you create (photos, names, notes, valuations, and so on). Because your archive is stored only on your device by default, losing or damaging the device, deleting the App, or clearing data may make your content unrecoverable. Please create full backups regularly under Settings → Data & Backup and keep them safe.
Only upload or record content you have the right to use, and do not use the App to store unlawful content.
6. AI recognition and valuations
Names, categories, and other archive suggestions generated by AI recognition are for reference only and may be inaccurate; please review them before saving. Valuations, costs, and usage-value statistics in the App are based on data you enter yourself and are not investment, appraisal, insurance, or other professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the App’s source code; bypass subscription or quota limits; interfere with the App or the third-party services it relies on; or use the App for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The App’s software, interface, illustrations, branding, and copy belong to WULU or its respective rights holders. Except as expressly allowed by these terms, we grant you no intellectual property rights. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your own devices.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses caused by device failure, data loss, outages of third-party services (including app stores, Alibaba Cloud Model Studio, iCloud, and RevenueCat), or your not having made backups, except where the law requires otherwise.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms as features change, and will change the effective date on this page when we do. Continuing to use the App after a material change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using and delete the App at any time; if you seriously breach these terms, we may restrict or end your use of the affected features.
